A very Dishonest Dealership. Mr. Mark Brendan Barrett and Mr. Tony Chavez as a pair not good individuals. They both tried to sell me a used 2021 Toyota Tundra Limited for $ 53,000k. A brand new 2025 Toyota Tundra Limited is only a couple thousand dollars more. Both these salesman started arguing about the price especially Mr. Chavez. He was the worst of all acting very Childish and rude. I decided to cancel my appointment 1/23/24 take my business somewhere else. Owner of Moss Bro's Toyota you will continue to lose money and business if you continue to Employ individuals like Mr. Chavez who treats Potential Buyers and Buyers in a " Degrading Manner." Shame on you Mr. Barrett and Mr. Chavez for your immature behaviors.

False information. No such car found. Not a scam, just a lie. Confusing consumers. Car sales tactics. Irresponsible behavior. Be cautious with subsequent consumers.

Stay away from these guys... I drove an hour because they said the car was in "perfect condition." Not expecting a lot for an older car, but it was in bad shape. Odometer seemed inaccurate for the condition. The first sales guy was nice, but when the owner showed up, it went south. I said I'd pass on the car and the owner said very rudely said "why?" And looked gave me a real sour look. I said the car is in really bad shape, the bumper is messed up, other issues. He said to me "what do you expect? A new car for $4000?" I said no but I expected it to be in better shape after I was told it was on the phone. He was very rude about it. As I left the dealership, I heard him shouting swear words about me to his salesman. This isn't a real dealership. This is a lot with a bunch of beat up auction cars in terrible shape. Have to play Jenga and move cars around to even see any of them because they're packed in tight like a junkyard.

Verified with cargurus that the price and availability was accurate but never received any communication back from the dealership. When I called the dealership they claimed the price was a “boo boo”. I believe this practice of advertising vehicles with a low price to gain interest is illegal. Very unprofessional.

While I was applying for a loan for the truck, they sold it out from underneath me.

The employee who showed us the van was on time and very pleasant. The owner was late and condescending but no deal was made. No hard feelings. If the employee who showed that van was the one I had to deal with all the way through, probably would have purchased.

Car was nice but needed a lot of maintenance issues that were not disclosed. In light of those issues that were clearly in the car display unit… he became unfriendly and finally told me … thanks for coming. After I left he texted me with an offer that was clearly overpriced based on the issues discovered ooh and he doesn’t offer any type of financing…I guess it’s a one man operation so this was clearly a cash deal… again… never disclosed. Very weird encounter
