After he sent me a video walkaround of the truck, I noticed several hail dents and expressed my concerns about purchasing a vehicle with hail damage. He explained to me it was listed on their website under the hail damaged discounted vehicles. I told him I had been viewing the truck on the car gurus site, which did not state any hail damage. I explained to him that it may have been a misunderstanding. I was no longer interested. Sales associate Jesse K. was professional, friendly and very helpful. He answered all questions and provided all the necessary information via email prior my arrival. Also, Jesse prepared the car for test drive and inspection on time for my visit to the dealership. Paperwork took longer than expected, but overall experience with the dealership was very good.
