RAM dealerships near me (Greencastle, IN)

Not impressed. First- their pricing is absolutely not transparent. The price that they show is with some trade-in guarantee that you may or may not have instead of just listing the price for the vehicle, it makes people think that the price is $2000 less than it really is. Then on top of that, very little flexibility with the price even when I brought forward multiple comparables of the same truck that I could purchase at other dealerships within 250 miles that had either the same or less miles and the price was thousands less.

Tanner was great. Very informative. Have follow up questions however and there has been no response.

Rude finance manager..walked away & yelled out I can't do it !! Refuring to the deal we were discussing... salesman was great.

I requested to please have the car brought to a more convenient same dealer location because of the distance we had to travel. I was refused my request. However after making my needs clear for more convenience and their refusal, i received daily texts and phone messages from them.
