Garrett Smith was very helpful and kept in touch. I have had a good experience. Unfortunately the truck doesn't have the thing I wanted most. So I'm still looking.

Terrible customer service they tried to give me a 22% APR with good credit . Terrible deal couldn't work the numbers trying to be to greedy. If you looking for the best deal I wouldn't recommend

I emailed on a Sunday so was waiting to hear back from them about availability.... Well I heard from them that morning to say ..we have received your email and a sales person will be back in touch soon....And he was ...at about 3 pm that afternoon ...and he was emailing me to let me know that the vehicle I had asked about WAS available up til about an HOUR before he emailed me ... I mean the general mgr emails to say ...we received your question and instead of me answering the one question you sent .....I just wanted to say ..we got it ...and a sales person will have to answer that .....that was about 9:30 am ....now I can say ..as for me ....I would rather NO email have been sent than how it was handled ...at least I wouldn't have thought ....wow IF that MGR had just looked to see if the vehicle was available and told me at 9:30 am ...I MIGHT at least had a CHANCE to purchase!!!!!!

Spoke with salesman on the phone several times. Agreed on a price, secured financing, and was told the paperwork would be ready when I got off work. Called before leaving to pickup the truck and they said they sold it to somebody else. Complete waste of time and credit report inquiry
