Dealer contacted me first thing Monday morning. Supplied me with all the information I needed.

Car sold prior to us seeing it

It amazes me that some dealers still refuse to do business out of state. Maybe they shouldn't advertise on line then. I would've gladly bought a vehicle from them, but they didn't want to deal with me being out of state. I purchased from another dealer the next day, and now their vehicle still sits on the lot and has dropped in price by 7k. Smh

Contacted the dealer to make sure the vehicle was still available. Was told to come and test drive. Drove almost an hour to get there and was told the car was being worked on and they could call me when it was ready to be driven.. almost 2 weeks later and still waiting

Very professional. Responded quickly and were honest about the car.

Dealership knew I was interested in this vehicle. Multiple texts, emails and messages, never could anyone let me know that the vehicle was in the shop for brake sensor repairs, went to buy this vehicle with money and clean title in hand, and couldn’t even look at it. Then was told it was my fault for not calling and asking. I walked out heartbroken. Common courtesy they should have told me it wasn’t available at this time when they contacted me and knew I was interested in this vehicle. Never will go back! The salesman was so rude, treated us like crap! They never tried to even make it right, and now they raised the price..

The salesman (Joe Hammer) was very nice to work with. Answered all my questions & helped us through the whole process. Very down to earth - knew all info about the vechile we purchased. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Joe & keep up the good work !!!
