Dealerships near me (Puyallup, WA)

It was a classic bait and switch. When we arrived a salesman approached us and we asked about car shown in the ad. He told us it was sold 20 minutes prior to our arrival. And it sold for money than listed. Very poor experience.

Inquired about a vehicle, was told there was no room to reduce price, then I see the price lowered 1k a less than a week later!

Awful experience with this dealer's communication. When you try to negotiate the price or simply ask whether they can offer a better deal, they either resend the exact same listing or reply with, "Let us know when you're ready to move forward," without addressing your question. The most disappointing part is that they sent me an offer at a price that was higher than the one they later advertised publicly. After lowering the advertised price, they still insisted on charging me the original, higher amount, as if I wouldn't notice or do my own research. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Pleasant experience. Salesman was very helpful and found the car I wanted on the same day. Drove it of the lot in four hours.

It broke down on Snoqualmie pass I had to have it towed to my house cost me 1,166 dollars I’m not very happy they said it only had one sensor out and it was ok to drive I only had the truck for 1 and half hours and it broke oil pressure dropped it overheated and wouldn’t start again not happy with this company

Want to give 5 stars. 5 stars for my salesman Zach he is great. Finance had some challenges as they over promised and underdelivered. Bottom line we had to eat a much higher interest rate and took a week to do it. To be fair my finance person was nice but went on vacation so that became a problem. If u can find Zach buy from him.

Mac was great, get that guy a pay raise. I still wish I would have been able to get the Zurich protection removed, but overall we had a great experience with Porche of Tacoma. They were transparent and did not keep me waiting. I will definitely do business with them again as well recommend to friends and family.
