Marcus Mann is the salesperson I’ve been dealing with and I couldn’t ask for anyone more helpful and patient. The dealership in general is good, not too willing to negotiate on price, which may be the case with used cars with most dealerships. They gave me the lowest trade in value for my car. So my salesman gets a 10 out of 10, the dealership so far I’d rate an 8.

I tried to buy a Jeep at that this dealership, they had one on ad for $67,895. This was a total bait and switch. After showing them the ad they came back with a price of $79,692. I have perfect credit and they increased the sales price $11,797

After three emails, they sent a general information email. No follow up

bait and switch operation. they did not want to honor the listed price. They put all sorts of conditions to get to that price and even when I did met all of them they greatly undercut my trade, fudged the numbers to the point where a worksheet showed 41k price with 11k for my trade and the out the door still being 40K. bait and switch

This dealership was very much in trying to put me in the vehicle that I was looking at an asking questions.. They sent me information on the vehicle I was interested in . Very satisfied with this dealership.. Thank you
