Great Customer service Upfront, honest.

The staff was very helpful in trying to work out a deal. The finance side was unable to find a workable solution for my credit situation. Overall, the average is too much time spent waiting for financing that would not happen.

Saleslady told me the vehicle was available and I went immediately to look at it. On arrival she told me it was sold then proceeded to try and sell a different one. Deceitful tactics.

Poor customer service, while outside looking at the vehicles NOT one salesperson came out to assist, and when I did go in, there was 3 people in an office I'm guessing the dealer manager having a conversation did not look like it was business, he saw me and didn't even acknowledge my presence even though his office door was wide open. Don't think I'll be going back because of the service in my case not given.

Great team experience, but the vehicle wasn't as advertised. This was no fault of the sales team; it was found after I had inquired about the vehicle and we didn't get a chance to communicate before I arrived. I will def be back for another vehicle.
