They never made contact

Bill was wonderful! The communication was clear from the very start and he was a pleasure in person. All of the staff were welcoming and it was an extremely smooth process!

Contact and communication has been very good. Although my review is limited since I haven’t been on site.

It took two days before the salesperson, G, told me the car was not saleable because the entire driver's side was damaged. We primarily communicated by text and all his messages were professional, though they were obviously scripted. However, he said he would arrange for someone to pick me up (my pervious vehicle was totalled in a crash, which G knew) but he kept putting me off, either by not communicating at all or by saying he was working on it. Finally, at the end of the second day, and me trying multiple times to find out what was going on, via text and phone messages, he called. Apparently, he had not even seen the car until just minutes before that call when I he told me about the damage. That was two days I could have spent looking for something else. I bought a different car from Platt Auto 4 days later. They were easy to work with and up front about everything.

They really seem to have that go getta attitude. But unfortunately I think they could have gotten me financed with the truck I wanted......since I just got finance through somewhere else of a more price tag and lower miles.....but I like how they get to u fast and they communicate.

I wish we were taken seriously. Felt like they weren’t serious with us - not because of the price but just the overall experience especially knowledge about their own product

Quality truck, fair price, no baloney. It doesn't get better than that.

I'm looking right now and I talked to them and they were very nice and informative I will probably be seeing them pretty soon
