As someone who spent 15+ years in the automotive industry, in both new and used vehicle sales and service, I'm happy to say the industry has evolved in a good way, and Checkered Flag is serving as a great example of it. In short, the internet has greatly empowered the consumer and CF has changed with the times. The sales process was very straightforward, and their pricing was fair for the vehicle I purchased. I should also say that I was very thorough in my research and had been in the market for a newer vehicle for over a year, so I took my time. I dealt with Elijah and Marques and was out of the dealership in about a hour. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional. So far I'm very pleased with the vehicle and the experience, and would be comfortable in recommending them to friends and family.

They replied with answers to some of my questions. What was shocking to me was they did not know much about the car and it was listed both is an automatic and as a manual. I asked more specific questions and they were not able to give them to me with any specificity. People that buy these types of cars either are absolutely clueless and just pay because they like it or they really understand what they’re buying and have detailed questions. There’s rarely someone in between they were pleasant just not helpful.
