Staff wasn’t the best and kind of disrespectful when I said I didn’t want the warranty package anymore they proceeded to say the other things I asked for such as the tires and other packages were connected to that package and if I wanted the other little packages I had to purchase the warranty which they were not so I proceeded to tell them take everything off it went from a $21k to a $15k due to them just being rude and disrespectful they should definitely work on there way they speak to customers.

The mechanic I talked to was excellent. He was very helpful very nice very respectful. The owner that I talk to was very rude condescending told me he wouldn’t sell me the truck because I didn’t have enough money for a down payment. I was offering $5000 for a down payment on a $15,000 truck granted my credit isn’t perfect but you shouldn’t be rude to people that are trying to buy vehicles from you regardless of their credit state or down payment. His literal words to me were yes you’re approved. I could sell you the truck, but I’m not going to. I don’t have to say the truck, which is true, but you don’t have to be rude and make people feel like they’re worth worthless ,not to mention I’m lying. The truck was listed for 15 995 when I got there, the sticker in the window said 17995….

This was a tricky transaction. I live two states away from the dealership, so my "Paid in Full" check had to clear my bank before Universal Motors could hand me the Title. Nonetheless, they very kindly allowed me to drive away in the 2019 Nissan NV Cargo Van I had just purchased, with the promise to FedEx me the Title once my check cleared. The check cleared in a couple days, and Universal Motors texted me a screenshot of the FedEx package, with the date and tracking number clearly displayed. Somehow there was a delay on FedEx's end, but after communicating with Universal Motors, the Title made its way to me. I would be happy to buy a vehicle from Universal Motors again!

Very responsive to my inquires- sent me everything I asked for - Tony was such a great help ! The car was exactly as advertised and the perfect solution for us. They found a small problem and fixed it before I even knew about it. I’d definitely go back for another vehicle in the future.
