Beware! Slimy used car sales person experience. After a week of communications, I booked a firm appointment to view and test drive the vehicle. When I arrived on time, another party was checking in for their appointment to view the same vehicle. My sales guy asked if I wanted coffee while I waited for the other party to test drive the vehicle and make a decision. I promptly left, disappointed to have made the hour-long trip to the dealership, waisting my time. Yes, anyone is entitled to purchase a vehicle. But, booking 2 test drive appointments at the same time is wholly unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. Communication is the backbone of a fair, pleasant and predictable sales process, and this dealership has a lot to learn about treating customers respectfully. VW Oakland not only lost a sale (the car is still available) but a potential customer and referral source for life. Do yourself a favor, and look elsewhere.

Excellent transaction

Dealer contacted me promptly. Price they are asking for the used vehicle is unreasonable, however. You can literally purchase a brand new vehicle (same make/model/trim) for about $3k less thank what they want for a used one MY 2023 with about 200 miles on it.

We specifically wanted a 2016/17 White Lincoln Navigator but not the L series. The staff was very professional & polite. We let them know that we did not live in CA, they were pleasant to deal with.
