When I spoke with the sales person, he was very polite and acted as if he really wanted my business. Just for that, I really want to do business with them. The car I was interested was very clean and nice.

Dealer never contacted me through the site. When I finally called them direct they allowed me to go through the entire credit check process before they sold it to the first person that walked up. Would not deal with this dealership from afar. They’ll waste your time.

This is why I do not like car dealers. I called at 1017 to confirm the vehicle and Carfax. I let Laura know that I was going to come look at it once my wifes procedure was complete. I call back at 1203 to let Laura know I am on my way, but am told someone else is almost there to look at it and she would let me know if they buy it or not. 1306 Laura calls and said they did not buy it because they wanted lower price so they would hold it today for me to come look at it. 1316 Laura calls back and said the people came back with the full price and she had to sell it to them. She offered to have her dad look for one at auction but I asked how could I trust her on that if she could not keep her word on letting look at the vehicle? What happened to keeping to your word? It is extremely difficult to find a dealer you can trust. So I will keep looking.

Dealership did bait and switch on pricing, the online price will be way lower than what you will pay.
