The Saleman i seen was Joseph Louis Achepong, he was outstanding, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He knew the vehicle he was showing us well. The vehicle was detailed and ready for sale when we got. We got there 4 hours after out appointment, due to traffic in and around Washington DC. He stayed and worked with us, he and the finance manager (Stacey) stay past closing time in order to complete the deal and paperwork. Joseph was honest and up front about everything. He got us the best deal and we were so pleased with his professionalism we came back the next day and purchased and additional vehicle. Joseph is the best salesman I've ever worked a deal with, he provided no pressure to buy nor did he at anytime rush us into making a hurried decision or rush us out the door because the dealership was closed. Joseph is a credit to the Vins Dealership and I had to highlight him for his superior salesmanship.

Extremely disappointed with this group. Drove 45 mins to the location given to me just to find out the car that I wanted to look at was sold the day prior. I had communication with the group the day of and leading up to the appointment and it was never mentioned that the car was sold. Just completely waisted my time and resources.

I was with a salesperson who was scrolling on his phone the entire test drive. He gave me very little information about the car. I'm thinking he was very inexperienced and shy.
