The truck was listed before it passed their safety inspection. The truck failed inspection and they won't sell it, they will wholesale the vehicle. However, the truck is still listed for sale. It should not be listed until actually ready to sell otherwise it's a waste of my and their own sales staff time.

I purchased this car sight unseen. Scotty sent me a video of the car, and cosmetically it is in great shape as he promised. Aaron let me know that selling the car to me, a full asking price cash buyer was inconvenient for him. Even after I asked if I could pay full price for the car, and could they hold it on their lot while I organized a way to get over the Medford to avoid paying the 800 dollar delivery fee, he refused. They were losing money because someone else could come buy it and probably buy an extended warranty, or finance and make them more money. All of which might be true, but also shows what matters most to them. It’s not customer satisfaction, it is getting a deal done. The choice was buy the car now or lose it. So I bought the car. The delivery guys were awesome. The next day, the car fob stopped working, and now I have an alert that the mirror turn signal isn’t working. I’ll never buy a car from them again.
