I don't know how you people got my information. I NEVER even looked at cars!! Yet, here I am being constantly harassed by phone and email for the past week. STOP HARASSING ME!!!!

Easy to deal with

I had an outstanding experience with North Park Lexus Rio Grande Valley and highly recommend their team. As an out-of-town buyer, I was initially nervous about purchasing remotely, but Joey Sanchez, Randy Nora (Finance Manager), and David Gonzalez (New Car Director) went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless and stress-free. Communication was clear, timely, and professional from start to finish. Joey treated me as if I were physically on site, ensuring all of my questions were answered and that I felt confident every step of the way. Randy was patient and transparent on the financial side, taking the time to explain details clearly and ensuring everything was aligned. David Gonzalez also stepped in to ensure the experience was smooth and that I felt supported throughout. I never felt rushed or treated like “just another deal.” The level of care and attention truly mirrored an in-person experience. If you’re an out-of-state buyer, this team is exceptional.

Reasonable and quick response. Was happy with the interaction although I did not purchase from them as I found the specific vehicle I was looking for.

The vehicle had 1000 miles when it was advertised at 210 or so on carsguru. I really didn’t feel like 100 percent was given in order to get me in the vehicle. More cons than pros. No price adjustments but we’re pushing a ridiculous payment option when I have exceptional credit. It wasn’t a good experience, I honestly felt rushed and felt that not 100% was given to accommodate me.

Dealer reached out to me, but the vehicle sold before I could get to see it.
