Dealerships near me (Pendleton, OR)

If I could leave Zero stars I would. My wife and I spoke with Jim R and made what we thought was a good deal. When I tried to negotiate with them for a tank of gas I was told "Either buy the car or you don't" and that is the level of customer service they deal in. We then drove FOUR HOURS to pick up the vehicle we were so excited about despite the crap service. When we arrived it was TRASH. Totally beat up. A 2018 Suburban that looked like it had been keyed down both sides and hit with a baseball bat in numerous places. Again, when I expressed my frustration Jim then got upset WITH US for being upset that nothing about this vehicle condition was even mentioned, knowing we were driving four hours to view it! He went MIA and sent a manager out to wish with us and he never spoke to us again. My recommendation is stay away from this dealership entirely!!

I was contacted but unfortunately the sales lady didn't sound very happy for me going in after work at 5pm to go see the vehicle. I was told it was to late and dark to see the vehicle . Made me change my mind about pursuing the purchase.

Had the Purchase Order & Title app submitted, Loan Doc signed, and check ready to cut, 2 hours after signing, at 7 pm they called to say "they had the wrong price on it, it's $4000 more"....28 days listed at $10,999, handwriting the P.O. with that price. They should have sold the car at the advertised price, unprofessional, dishonest, and deviant business practice
