Staff told me that, contrary to the CarGurus post, the vehicle I was interested had been sold “quite awhile ago”. When I mentioned the vehicle had been listed on CarGurus for over a year, the staff member became flippant and accusatory saying I needed to move faster, even though contacted the dealership the same day I found its listing on CarGurus.

Untrustworthy. I drove two hours to buy a car which had been sold the day before. I checked twice with the dealership hours before I left and they confirmed it was available. When I arrived I was told it was gone and they didn’t have anything comparable. The person I talked to was either incompetent or deceitful. Either way avoid this dealership.

Had a good experience today purchasing our car here. We asked a local mechanic look it over before the purchase was finalized, then Ali did his best to rectify the small punch list we presented to him, given our time constraints.

Talked to dealership for about a week leading up to coming to check out the car. Dealership assured me multiple times the car was still available and will be ready for me upon arrival. Even went as far as double checking both the night before and 1 hour before arriving to make sure it was still available, and was assured both times that it was. (Keep in mind this car was on the market for a long time before my inquiry on it). Drove over an hour all the way out there to then be told right when we walk in "sorry cars not available anymore". What a slap in the face. Bad experience.
