Dealer responded, and immediately accommodated visit, test drive and prepared Carfax, additionally presented maintenance items to be included and completed prior to sale. Very responsive, straight forward and no pressure sales - professional & accomodating.

I called down to the dealer at about quarter to 11 in the morning about an Escalade ESV I asked the Salesman said it was avl I asked if there was anything wrong with it he then said they don't service the cars until they are sold (which I thought was odd) when I told him that I'm coming from 2 hours away he said just come look at it. So my girl friend and I had the day off so we drove there. When we got there I didn't see the car there, After a few a salesman came out and asked if he could help I told hm that we where there to see the Escalade he looked around the lot and said hold on made a call. When he came back he said that the truck was no there.I asked ok where is it he stated its on a test drive, so my girlfriend said ok we will just wait we just drove 2 hrs. to get here. He said why don't you come back tomorrow I can have the truck here then. I said why cant we wait for it to come back he mumbled some things and said something that the person maybe taking it to there co.

Zero stars. I put one star to place this complaint.They falsely advertised the vehicle I went to see for $2,000 LESS than they said it was when I went to see it. Needless to say I walked before even test driving. Horrible way to do business. I don’t know how anyone can trust them with a solid car of the prices can’t even be trusted . Run don’t walk away from this dealer.

Thank you, Jean, for all your help with this purchase. please make sure the mechanic changes the oil in the future. the oil was dirty. Also, the interior needed detailed cleaning.

Increased the price after I attempted to inquire. Wouldn't respond.
