Dealerships near me (Parlier, CA)

Not pleased with their customer service. They have person/AI sending texts after my first visit. They said they were flexible on pricing so I scheduled an appointment. I arrived as scheduled and the vehicle was not available for a test drive as scheduled. We didn’t agree on a price, no issues with that but don’t schedule an appointment if the vehicle is not available.

They work with you. They have patience and they are very helpful. They are the best to work with.

I had the worst experience ever with this dealer. I was in contact with them for 3 weeks about checking a used car. I went today to see it. It was dirty inside/outside. There were coffee stains all over the seats and roof, opened the trunk to see the motor, it was dirty as well, you could see the spider nest on the corners. I asked why you guys didn't prepare it. i was coming all the way from Fresno to Merced. Their answer was that the detailing guy doesn't work on the weekend!!! i was serious about the car. Unfortunately, it was a waste of time.

They were cautious and very helpful but did not have a car that I was looking for.

I was a little worried about doing business with an out of state dealer. Jarrad Smith was very helpful, patient and kind. He did a video to show me the whole truck. He answered all my questions and more. He kept in touch on every step of the way with the handling of the truck to it being delivered and even letting me know when they were 30 minutes away. I had a great experience with this dealership and the salesman Jarrad. It's a wonderful truck. Thank you for all the help.

They were the best hands down the best the sell rep Woody he went the extra mile to make every thing happen I will recommend them to everyone for now on and when I’m looking for another vehicle witch I know I will for the wife we will be going back to them thanks so much for the sell of the truck we really love it Thank so much once again . Still debating. I contacted the dealer numerous times in May via email, vmails and text messages with no response until today when I call they actually answered. Will see if they actually call me back tomorrow morning as promised regarding the status of my loan. I’m not holding my breath but never know.

This is a good dealership although I didn't buy from them I wouldn't hesitate to next time
