Experience was 10/10. Farkus was helpful and kind! No high pressure selling, very patient. Also the most fair priced vehicles I’ve seen in a long time! Will absolutely be recommending to friends and family.

Arrived to look at the kist model. Was show a different year model. Wasn't until after the test drive I realized this wasnt the year I showed up for or the price I showed up for. Then high pressure sales tactics to buy something that day at 10-15k above the price of car I originally arrived for.

I went to test drive this vehicle and was helped by a salesman named Karl. I had pulled a Carfax report prior to visiting the dealership so I knew a good bit about the vehicle before arriving at the dealership. Karl did not know much about this vehicle and it’s previous history. The score had some water leaking in through the sunroof, possibly the channels carpets for wet, too wet to have been a fresh shampoo job. My husband visited the dealership to test drive the vehicle several days after me. Upon which there was even more water sitting in the carpet on the drivers side floorboard. The next day when Karl was back at work, he called me to ask how my husband’s test drive went. I told him we were going to pass on this vehicle and the reason why. Has demeanor promptly changed after that. He was no longer kind and helpful sounding on the phone with me. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for their next vehicle.

Will buy another one in the future our salesman Mike was the best, the staff outstanding very accommodating. They all made the buying experience wonderful. Many thanks DJM
