Dealerships near me (Pacific, WA)

This is definitely a dealership to avoid! Not an honest business. We test drove the vehicle, and could immediately tell there were issues with it. The right CV joint was making knocking sounds when you would hit a bump. We discussed the issue with the seller, who acted surprised like he didn't know anything was wrong with the vehicle. We then asked if he would be willing to either fix the car before we bought it, or adjust the price. He made a deal with us to fix the car and agreed to allow us to take it in for a mechanical inspection. We made an appointment with our mechanic and agreed to purchase the vehicle as long as everything checked out. The morning of the appointment the dealer backed out stating that someone else was bringing him a check for the car. He sold it out from under us mid deal, and I can pretty much guarantee without fixing it or giving the other buyer the information re: what was wrong with the vehicle. Definitely a shmarmy experience and we likely dodged a bullet!

The best car buying experience I've ever had! My salesperson, Matt Mullinax, was a gem, friendly, honest, and I felt he truly had my back in getting me a good deal on a wonderful car. He made a follow up phone call a few days later to check how everything was going and made it clear that he's always available for any questions. With Matt, the customer service doesn't stop once he makes the sale. I highly recommend him. His sales manager Erik was also very helpful and communicative and Raul in finance made the signing process quick and painless without using high pressure tactics to try to sell me 'extras' that I've found other dealerships often do. The process was seamless, fairly quick, and I would definitely do business with Larson Hyundai again. Thanks, Matt, and everyone at Larson who made what can be a stressful experience great!

Everything started off fine. Angel contacted me right away in regards to my vehicle of choice. I told her that we were no longer interested because we didn’t realize the dealership was out of state. She informed me to not worry they deliver vehicles and it’s just part of their service. That convinced me to continue this process and we applied for the vehicle in speaking. After submitting our application and waiting a few days, we were then asked if we would be OK with shipping the vehicle there and paying for it because it was getting too expensive for them to do it. This was confusing to me considering we had already told the dealership that we weren’t interested because we didn’t realize they were out of state and they continued the deal saying how they would ship and that’s just something they offer and no big deal as we continued with our credit application. So imagine our surprise when they asked us to cover the shipping because it was too expensive for them now… Will not be buyin

The car wasn't available for viewing when we drove up as one of the salesmen drove it home. Otherwise, the car was available later in the week and the experience at that time was positive, but they were so firm on the price we bought elsewhere.

Best Choice Auto have very good inexpensive cars trucks and SUV’s. Andy was really help and understanding of my needs. I had no pressure of buying during my visit.
