The vehicle was definitely ready for a test drive. Customer service. Was the dealership staff friendly and accommodating? I set up an appointment to look at the vehicle. Everyone that I met there was friendly, professional, and informative about any answers to any questions that I had. Overall impression. Would you recommend the dealer to your friends? Looking back, I am slightly biased as I did purchase the vehicle. The entire process was relatively painless compared to other places that I have bought cars from in the past. All of the staff was pleasant and professional. I would definitely suggest this dealership to friends and family.

Rossi did everything right but I end up seeing a similar type of Fiat 500 at a closer dealership. Over 1 hour away to purchase at Rossis verses a 25 minute drive . Rossi was very responsive and helpful.

They are an exceptionally straightforward, honest dealership and the staff was absolutely wonderful and exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
