Got my baby ready and drove all the way to the dealer. For 11am apt. No cars on the lot and the salesman I had schedule called me and said he was in Holland with huge deals. That's a dishonest tactic, not sure the car posted even existed.

Experience was amazing every detail was communicated by the dealership they took care of me from beginning to end fresh oil chance new wiper blades new cabin air filter full tank of gas the works I will go back for more vehicles

Staff person did not appear to take us seriously. Some of his responses were insulting. The vehicle itself did not run at all well and it was greatly overpriced. This encounter was negative, nonproductive, etc.

They seem very professional

The guy assisting us with getting keys and looking at cars was polite, but a little inexperienced I think. The owner was very laid-back, polite, knowledgeable, straightforward, no nonsense. I trust what he was saying. I only wished there was some way to negotiate the price more than what was listed.
