Staff was very helpful for a used car lot they do have the coolest vehicles around and all went great untill I asked for a guarantee that my vehicle would pass California smog or if failed they would pay fir repai. That and if they could split the delivery fee or add it to the total finance. After I asked that they completely ignored me even though I had already paid down payment before signing the papers since they were ignoring my request I didn't go through with the purchase so I had to fight to get my down payment back. I wish they would've worked with me because they have many vehicles I would love to buy.

They really seem to have that go getta attitude. But unfortunately I think they could have gotten me financed with the truck I wanted......since I just got finance through somewhere else of a more price tag and lower miles.....but I like how they get to u fast and they communicate.
