I had a good experience buying car that I wanted

I called this dealership 3 days prior and then 1 day prior before driving from Philadelphia to linden NJ(2hrs) away. I asked specific questions that would help me decide whether to travel that far or look elsewhere. I was told the car was fine & ready to go. Which it was if you wanted to bypass the mechanical issues & purchase the car anyway. While at the dealership for hours. No one came outside to initially acknowledge that we’re looking at a vehicle see had to go inside where the staff was rude & uninterested. I would not ever look at this lot again! They knew exactly what the issue was with the vehicle & failed to acknowledge or disclose that to the customer. Bad business! Transparency suck! Professionalism suck! Go elsewhere!!!

I drove over 200 miles from Massachusetts to see the Mercedes when I get there the car was sold. Ok that was one of the issues I started looking a BMW which was priced at 17k something I asked to test drive the car and the finance guy was like lets run some numbers first I was confused thinking he wanted to run my credit and he just mention again the numbers and I told him I just wanna test drive the car first to see if I like it. He was like lets run the numbers first, at that point I was like ok so we went inside he was charging me all of this. Price $17,795.00 + Fees Registration Fee $385.00 Temp Tag Fee $105.00 Doc Fee Admin./Clerical fee $495.00 Deli./Msngr fee $150.00 Notary $50.00 + Service Contract $0.00 + Accessories Dealer Processing: $2,995.00 + Total Tax $1,423.38 - Down Payment $0.00 - Trade Allowance $0.00 + Trade Payoff $0.00 Amount Financed $23,398.38 Term 36 Monthly Payment $747 I was super upset with all those fees. no i did not buy or want anything to do with them.

Great experience. Spoke with multiple other dealerships and Din Motors was the best I spoke with and very transparent. Great experience.

Drove one and half hours to the car dealership to say the car is somewhere else, very dissatisfied and disappointed
