I really appreciated the quick responses via text and the extensive photos I requested, which allowed me to feel comfortable making an offer on a vehicle without seeing it in person.

Really bad with communication and notifying us at all had to ask and call ourselves to get any information. Not great on setting up appointments or keeping appointments as well as not letting you know the true price when you go buy something they put in a device which is like an antitheft device $1000 charge and they don’t tell it until you are going to sign . Super frustrated with the whole process, it could have been so simple but I left like they didn’t care or want to truly help because I’m just one costumer too them,#JustANumber !
