Price changed when we arrrived and we were told it was due to an issue with a glitch in the cargurus website not the way they listed the vehicle. All computer input runs Garbage in garbage out. They fed us a trade in assistance sceme but REFUSED to give us an ACTUAL VALUE for our trade-in. The vehicle had been on their lot for near 100 days and the sales man claimed to be unaware of the missing spare tire cover. They were expecting premium price for a vehicle with a 4" X 3' scuff down the passenger side. The scuff could easily have been buffed out without major expense. Will I ever attemp to deal with them in the future ABSOLUTELY NOT.
