Amazing service! To start the process they booked me in for an appointment, which I love due to my busy schedule. At the time of appointment they had the car ready for me to view, Abdel walked me through the vehicle and answered all my questions directly with no fluff, and really delivered great service. The Sonata I initially went to see was great but after viewing the other vehicles he had available, I ended up purchasing a BMW 528 from their lot. It was hassle free, and I had no pressure put on me to check out other pricier vehicles. They really do have an excellent selection of cars, and they make it easy to get in them. Thank you Prestige!

My husband and I have purchased about 8 cars in the passed 20 years for our family. This was one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences we have ever had. We live 2.5 hours away from Walnut Creek Ford and it was truly worth the drive. The salesman Omar was absolutely amazing! By the end of the sale it was like being with one of our own kids. Omar was truly genuine. He was very personable, friendly, direct, no hassle, there were no hidden fees. Everything was direct, up front and only what was required. He really wants to get the best deal for everyone. Meeting the others at the dealership, they were the same way. It is a smaller family owned dealership. It was the best, most friendly family like dealership environment that we had ever experienced. For that reason, the next time we buy a vehicle they will be the first ones we go to and hopefully the only ones. Our whole family may have to switch to driving Ford vehicles. We truly recommend going to Walnut Creek Ford.
