Every part of part of dealing with this dealer was wonderful.

Not worth your time said the car might not start up before me test driving it, the car had reasonable pricing but after hearing that it was a sign to leave looking for something reliable not just for sale

Had me come to Modesto, which is 5 hours away from me, for a car that needed $16,000 worth of work to make it drivable.

Horrible communication. We asked about the vehicle and they sent pics quickly. But said it was getting detailed so it would be a few days… so we waited… couple more days DJ said it is in Toyotas hands because they are waiting for a part to fix a sensor on the vehicle… we waited and waited and over a week and heard nothing or he said still waiting for a “part” to come in. My last inquiry about it DJ said still waiting for this part. Next morning I get an email from car gurus car sold. I texted DJ asking about it and he stopped replying to me. We were ready to make a long drive as soon as it was available and we were waiting and waiting. Horrible customer service. No wonder this dealership is rated so low

Great place to buy a truck. When I need another truck I will shop there first.
