I’ll say i had a really pleasant experience at this dealership and I’m definitely coming back for my next purchase. I called people for a Ford Fusion that I had seen on CarGurus I asked them for some information that they refused to give me on the pretext that they do not give information on the phone that I have to go in person 2 days later I call them to confirm my appointment and the same day I ask them if the vehicle is still available because I come from the Bronx he confirmed me that yes the vehicle is still available arrived there he gives me excuses that they have just sold the vehicle and he wanted to show me some vehicles they have there I told him that I want to see nothing
