I was very disappointed with my experience trying to buy a vehicle from RJ Hupp. I submitted an inquiry and followed up with a call almost immediately and I was told I would have my credit application looked at. This exact exchange happened multiple times for 3 days after just to ultimately be told the vehicle was sold. I was the called the following day after it was sold and was asked if I was still interested. This seemed like a joke at this point but I told the guy (who was very nice) over the phone I was told it was sold and he had no idea. He then called me back 5 minutes later to confirm it was sold… I’ve never dealt with such lack of communication it was truly bizarre
