Carlos was great, but they didn't want to even deal with me on my trade. I never even saw or spoke to whoever made the decisions. Very disappointed ! Purchased a car elsewhere.

The experience with the Family First team was amazing. No pressure , no pushy salesman and no nonsense. Sarah reached out and offered the information requested , answered all questions and understood I wasn’t quite ready to buy yet. I haven’t bought a vehicle yet but the way they’ve interacted with me was so different than the other dealerships that sure enough when I’m ready to purchase my vehicle, I will be going back to see them.

The car would not start , you had to twist two wires together to make windshield wipers work. The car looked and sounded like it was ready for the salvage yard.

Chris V and Angela were accommodating, friendly, and professional. I would recommend the dealership as a whole and Chris to anyone seeking to purchase a vehicle.
