Pros: The individual I worked with (Mr. Pham) was congenial and extremely efficient. He was prepared for my arrival from out of town, and the car was ready for a test drive immediately. Cons: Some photos of the vehicle did not accurately reflect condition. The passenger door panel insert was actively crumbling, like many of these vehicles, but it was not shown. The rear bumper is definitely a replacement, is not primed or painted, and the photos did not clearly indicate it- oddly enough, the Carfax says it wasn't in an accident, but why the odd bumper? Their cars are sold as-is, and nothing about the car's rattles or poor suspension condition was available in the online listing. I still made the trade/purchase, so in the end it is a net positive transaction...at this time. I've become slightly concerned that the vehicle sustained some water/flood damage, and an attempt to mask that has taken place. I overheard 2 salesmen (not mine) mention the trade; they both giggled. A little sus
