Already did this. The car was dirty and smelled bad, like damp. It was in my opinion not ready for sale. Coffee cups were on the floor. The car itself was what I wanted. But not in that condition.

I called ahead about a specific truck and scheduled an appointment with a staff member to come see it. When I arrived—after driving over an hour—the manager had no idea I was coming. To make matters worse, I was told the truck wasn’t even at that location and had already been sold. This was an extremely frustrating experience and a complete waste of time. The lack of communication and coordination between staff is unacceptable. If you’re going to schedule appointments, at the very least confirm the vehicle is available and on-site.
