Coming off the back of a terrible experience I was nervous to even continue to look at cars. I found the car listed on a third party app, with less miles than I ever expected to find for a steal of a price. I very cautiously went to test drive the car, explaining the experience I had just had to both Nate and Ron. They understood my reservations and did everything in their power to make me comfortable. Both of them not only let me move at my own pace with this, they never once pressured me to pull my credit or buy anything, they were patient and kind with me and answered my endless amount of questions. They understood I needed time and respected the amount of time I took, no repeated phone calls, no emails etc. I went back after some time and purchased the car, the process top-down was easy!
