I had a great experience at Gesner Auto. Chris reached out fast to set an appointment for me to test drive the Acura TLX. I test drove two Acura's they had available and the Gesner team was patient while I made my decision about which one to purchase. Shawn walked me through the financing process and it was seamless. I am very happy with my new Acura and my experience at Geaner Auto!

My experience here was beyond unsatisfactory. When I arrived, I noticed multiple people waiting and in their vehicles clueless. The person that I had an appointment set with is not the person I ended up meeting. The sales rep wanted me to sign a credit app without even showing me the vehicle, then said he was going to prepare the car to show me. Fifteen minutes later I went outside and found him tending to another customer. I had to go find the vehicle myself, and realized that this vehicle did not match the description depicted online, and reeked of cigarettes. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody interested in good treatment. Get a Certified pre-owned.
