Very disappointing. I had scheduled an appointment but when I arrived, the vehicle was not even on the lot. I was upset because nobody called to let me know. I have done business with Gervais for the past 15 years or so. I was very upset and will probably not do business with Gervais again in the future. It will take a lot for them to earn my business back again.

I enjoyed my visit. The staff were very helpful, friendly and informative. They answered all my questions, allowed me plenty of time to examine the car and also plenty of time to test drive it. They were not pushy, and I did not feel rushed. They did not try to sell me another vehicle. They seemed to appreciate the fact that I knew just what I was looking for. I left there very satisfied with the whole experience. I told them that I still had other cars to look at and would let them know if I wanted to purchase the car they showed me.

Mark was great even with the process being a little confusing for me he was there to give me advice and help me along the way. Even offered to bring me the paper work needed for getting the car registered when it was messed up due to my mistakes. Overall if you want a good car for a good price he’s the guy for sure.
