The salesperson with who I worked with in securing my purchase, Andre was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and patiently help me navigate the buying process. Sincerity and honesty are something that is usually overlooked at dealerships, but he possesses all those attributes. As for financing the vehicle, Diego was awesome in walking me thru and explaining each step as I completed the sea of paperwork necessary for purchasing my car. This finance manager answered all my concerns as if we were spending his own money. This dealership is an excellent place to do business with. Brian who oversees this establishment runs a tight ship and when he surrounds himself with good top-notched people, there is really no excuse. The Salesman Mateo was Great the manager who I think his name is Ricardo was not friendly and when we couldn’t come to an agreement on a price he crumbled up the paperwork right in front of me cause he was frustrated. So unprofessional. I’ve bought probably 30 cars in my lifetime never saw anything like that before. He acted like a child.

Asked to complete a credit application, I have not heard from anyone at the dealership since. It's been a month. I follow up, they say someone will reach out, never happens.

Add approximately $3,400 on to advertise price for prep fee of $1,895 + administrative fee of $1,495

Dealer called me to try and get me in the door, I explained that I was 2.5 hours away and wanted to negotiate tentative terms regarding price and my trade-in. The rep said she'd "see" if she could get a salesman to call me back. Guess they didn't want my money.

Made an appoint a few days in advance, someone even called me to confirm the appointment the day before. I arrive and the car is not on the lot and i was told it was “close by and on its way” waited 40 minutes until i finally asked for an update and had to plead for them to be honest about how long it was Actually going to take and they finally admitted that it would be a while and i should come back. I drove over an hour to come see the car. If they can’t be honest about how long it will Take to show me a car that should have already been there why should i think they would be honest about the rest of the car buying process? The salesman also thought he was slick and wrote some random numbers over the dealership review score so i went online to see that it was a 1.8 out of 5….. sound about right to me!
