Nissan dealerships near me (Santa Ana, CA)

I asked them to answer a few questions as I am in northern Nevada of which the did not want to do. You raised the price on the car overall not a good experience plus this is the secondary review I have completed with no response

False advertising. Once I got there and saw the car and found many defects with the car, they jacked up their advertised price by more than $5,000.

My experience was great. Samira(Salesperson) and Sandra(Finance) were wonderful. I would recommend Buena Park Nissan to everyone.

The staff was patient and knowledgeable. I was coming from a distance so I asked a lot of questions. They were helpful and were ready for us when we arrived. We even started some of the paperwork online before getting there. We worked with Julio and Sabrina and they were both professional and friendly. We didn't feel pressured on the options either. We were given the information and allowed to make our decisions. I really like not being pressured. Also, there was a problem with the battery and that was handled quickly and after all was said and done, we got on the road in a reasonable amount of time with a new to us car. This was the best experience ever at a dealership!

Honestly, I have to say that my experience with the communication from this dealership has been extremely disappointing. I’ve been contacted by four different sales representatives, and each time I’ve responded, I’ve received little to no follow-up. Consistent communication is extremely important when making a major purchase, and unfortunately, that has been lacking throughout my experience. Based on the level of communication and customer service I’ve received, I’ve decided that I will no longer be moving forward with this dealership or considering them for future business

There a issue with the car I purchased, l call them four time , and they said would call back they never return my call, unhappy customer .
