Liked the dealership, but feel that they are better to deal with in person. My biggest issue is that the price listed is not the price they enforce. There is an up charge of 500 to 3000 for forced add ons that are not disclosed until you start asking price to buy. The sales team is very responsive and helpful. Would deal with and purchase a vehicle from them, but in person not by phone.

The car I went to see smelled really bad of cigarettes and having been a rental by the first owner it was pretty beat up. My sales person called in the sales manager to determine what it would take for me to buy the car today. I told him if it didn't have 2 small dents in the hood and it could be deodorized to eliminate the smell. Two days later i got a text from the dealership saying the car was ready. I went to Kenosha to buy the car but it did not seem as though anything had been done to improve the condition of the vehicle. I told the sales manager that I wasn't going to buy the car. Two days later my salesperson left a message whether i was still going to buy the car. When i told him no, he sarcastically texted me saying thanks for letting him know. It seemed like there was no communication between the salesperson and the sales manager. Two days later the car was reduced in price and I was never notified. It seems like kind of a sleazy operation that I wouldnt trust.

A waste of time. Test drove the car, agreed to a price w/ the salesman (despite the dealership not wanting to write a buyers contract), & at the very last minute the next day as I’m at my bank waiting for the buyers contract to be sent over, the manager gets on the phone and changes the price of the car, significantly. Why? Because I wasn’t taken serious initially & he realized his salesman dropped the ball negotiating. Luckily I had a backup sales contract for a new Charger elsewhere which meant an even better rate.
