If you never experienced the “old school used car saleman” then go here to see why everyone hated them. Twisted truths side talk excuses days between communication. Via text they still pretended not to know what I asked. Accidentally leaving charges in offers adding in 2k dollar “warranty” stuff that didnt even apply to an electric car. In the end I still made a deal and then they lowered the price online but didnt want to honor it in my deal “we already worked an agreement” like id signed some sort contract. This car has special security requiring the original keys or 1k in dealership fees. They acted like I was crazy for wanting the keys. Id never ever purchase a car from here.

I called on 4/29/26 listing price ($39,366) offering the dealer the price that was listed 4/28/26 ($34,995) with financing and trade in. The dealer got off the phone with me to talk to supervisor and returned call stating that “they don’t know where I saw that price I was saying I saw but that was never the price”. I informed them that there is a “vehicle price history” feature on CarGurus, for this vehicle that is where I found price I was proposing. They got off the phone once aging saying they would call me back. I waited 30 minutes before I finally called them. The sales man I was working with “Mike” told me (as he was stumbling over his words) “Sorry but the price is $39,xxx and that they put the price lower sometimes to see if they get hits on it, but they didn’t get hits and the price is now the $39,xxx and they cannot go back down”. The price was around the $35k-$37k mark for 4 months and never got as high as it is now. Typical USED car Dealer. TAKE BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Unprofessional, especially for a big name dealership, they clearly don't look over the used cars they are selling on their lot. Drove 3 hours after talking to them on the phone to look at Toyota highlander, took less then a minute to find transmission fluid leak that wasn't just a small leak. A dealership that actually cares would go through and make sure they are selling a reliable vehicle, especially something clear and obvious to know something is wrong

The good: salesperson was very accommodating and nice. He forgot to give us the keys to the car when we left with it to test drive it, which led to about an hour of wasted time but was not a big deal. The less good: I saw and drove the vehicle I was interested in on February 28. Vehicle was listed at $14,488 and had been on the lot for more than 60 days. When I brought the time on the lot up to the salesman, he said he didn't think that was right (it was, per this site and the CarFax). I came back one week later, test drove it again, and came back to the store to see about what we could agree on. I made a low, in-cash offer to start things off, which is when he decided to tell me that in the week that passed between when I first saw it and when I wanted to buy it the price had *increased* by $4000 to $17,890. I guess he forgot to mention that first. I don't know if that's a common practice (never in my life of buying cars have I experienced that) but it felt very bait and switch.
