They were great with the communication and did everything to help out with the new car, even though, unfortunately the deal never came to final, but they were nice

Contacted the dealer and made an appointment to see the vehicle. When I arrived at my appointment time I was told that the vehicle had been sold and they asked if I wanted to see a Nissan. Wish I was given a call before driving to the dealership to see a vehicle that wasn't there.

The truck was just as described. Easy process. We are pleased.

We were in the dealer for about 3 hours, even though we're paying cash, another complaint is that the dealer charged us $999.00 for dealer fee, which includes washing and detailing the car, none of that was done, and last but not least the car had no spare tire or anything to get to fix a flat tire.
