I let it now it’s driving an hour and a half to get there so I wanna make sure it’s available. Set me an appointment time I’d let it know that I didn’t have time today so it’s that one that I’d be able to get in and out really quickly. I showed up at the dealership there was Two maybe three sales reps nobody else I walked around the dealership for 5 to 10 minutes but anybody coming for help finally found somebody coming out of the restroom. They told me that there was a sign in sheet in the front office and wait and then I’d be helped after the four people that were already waiting ahead of meafter that I overheard them explaining to people that they had to fill out an application to check in preapproved to all of that stuff before they could even see the car and more test driving seems to be taking quite a while and I was out of cash Byers to know

I had simply clicked on inquire about a mustang gt 500. This dealership then contacted me 4 phone calls 3 voicemails and 3 emails and a text all on a saturday. If that was all not a huge deal. They then contacted me sunday evening during dinner. The salesperson then argued with me about it not be borderline harassment. Monday morning again with emails that turned into full blown harassments and threats. They tried to blame their over pressuring on me. I was the problem. They are unhinged. Do not use

Was completely no existent at all I arrived to the dealer 30 minutes before my appointment, we saw the car get wash and parked at the front of the dealer. We went inside and waited 10 minutes and my son went around and found the sale person we walked to his office and the person who washed the car told me the car were sold last night. The sale-man he Luk no even look at me, did no drop one word to wild me the car wasn’t available who did the talk was the man who wash the cars, no way that someone be so unprofessional I ask him a day before be sure the car is available I don’t want to drive one hour there for nothing and exactly that happens. No even talk to me to offer another car is useless.

These peoples are all full of crap,when you ask them one simple question about the pricing they don’t respond to the question they just want you to come in so that they can try and screw you over,well i dont want to talk to them in person unless my request is met online were I conduct most of my business.

The worst. Buyer bweware. Four days ,having me write to the I-95 Nissan ,then to Greenacres Nissan, the car was already sold . Wasted hours of my time and driving up and down the highway. Total incompetence .

Lorenzo and staff were very helpful. I did not complete a purchase due to an emergency came up and had to go out of town. Recommend
