I had this car in my favorites with price drop alert once it hit the price I was able to afford I contacted with an approved capital one auto finance approval with a 10k down payment they up the price and added extended warrantee which they knew I did not want to finance I did not receive the paperwork because deposit was not complete this happened on 3/5 on 3/6 I looked at the paperwork and told them numbers where wrong they told me I had to speak to FI to have them Corrected he had left early for the day but I emailed him, he never replied till I send and email stating I was canceling the contacts, he said it was to late deal was funded, I went to the dealer to return the car also they said no, till today I have not heard back. I contacted capital of what happened also requested copies of the application waits details of loan amount down payment and interest rate with my signature, also they sent my information to 10-12 banks with hard inquiries.

We were in the dealer for about 3 hours, even though we're paying cash, another complaint is that the dealer charged us $999.00 for dealer fee, which includes washing and detailing the car, none of that was done, and last but not least the car had no spare tire or anything to get to fix a flat tire.
