Mobile experience I called and got an AI generated response which was actually decent. The AI agent said the vehicle was still available. I let it now it’s driving an hour and a half to get there so I wanna make sure it’s available. Set me an appointment time I’d let it know that I didn’t have time today so it’s that one that I’d be able to get in and out really quickly. I showed up at the dealership there was Two maybe three sales reps nobody else I walked around the dealership for 5 to 10 minutes but anybody coming for help finally found somebody coming out of the restroom. They told me that there was a sign in sheet in the front office and wait and then I’d be helped after the four people that were already waiting ahead of meafter that I overheard them explaining to people that they had to fill out an application to check in preapproved to all of that stuff before they could even see the car and more test driving seems to be taking quite a while and I was out of cash Byers to know

I ended up buying a new Frontier instead of the jeep. The sales team was great on the frontier purchase. The jeep sales people are still calling to see if I want it. I’d think they would have some overlap knowledge that I already purchased. Again just too many calls on the jeep 3-5 a day.

I had simply clicked on inquire about a mustang gt 500. This dealership then contacted me 4 phone calls 3 voicemails and 3 emails and a text all on a saturday. If that was all not a huge deal. They then contacted me sunday evening during dinner. The salesperson then argued with me about it not be borderline harassment. Monday morning again with emails that turned into full blown harassments and threats. They tried to blame their over pressuring on me. I was the problem. They are unhinged. Do not use

Do not believe the price of the vehicles marked at this location. Vehicle was marked at 14,950, i requested a cash purchase price and was quoted between $21,000 and $22,000 dollars. Avoid this place if you are seeking honest people. Anna was the one I spoke with.
