Dealerships near me (Niles, OH)

Overall not a good experience with this dealership. Talked to a salesman for 3 or 4 consecutive days about buying a vehicle that they had listed on cargurus for sale. I spe cifically asked him if the dealership inspected their cars before they advertise them for sale. I was told that they make sure that everything works on the vehicle. The salesman and I agreed on a price over the phone. This price was pending me test driving the vehicle. I went to the dealer for a test drive. When I arrived I asked the salesman in person could he tell me if there was anything wrong with the vehicle. He made a phone call and talked to someone and told me that the radio was broken and that they wouldn't fix it, but they would discount the price by $350 I refused to buy the vehicle, To fIx the radio would cost a minimum of $600. feel that I was misled about the car having to have some type of repair done. Be careful when dealing with this dealership.

Salesman was friendly and accommodating.

Both Joe and Dave were fair and honest on this car deal. Joe let me have the car to drive for a day to check everything out. Dave had 40 years selling Lincolns so he knew this car well, very helpful! I would highly recommend Klaben Motors!
