I test drove a toyota sienna. Asked them to lower the price. They said they would drive the car and consider it and call me back. That day they sold the car for $1,100 less. Never a peep from them about the price change. RUDE

Wasn't a very pleasant experience this 2007 truck is very overpriced considering it is 18 years old and priced $3500 over original MSRP of 14k...I'm sure they will get someone to fall for it! Ignorance is bliss! Here's hoping they find a suckered because it will be quite the win full.

Wilsonville Toyota lost a sale by confusing “no bull pricing” with refusing to acknowledge reality. Yes, the price was clearly stated. That wasn’t the problem. The problem was that the car was badly overpriced for what it actually was. This 2014 Lexus RX 350 had high mileage, visible door damage, and a vehicle history that didn’t pass the smell test—yet it was listed as having no accidents. That claim didn’t line up with the history I reviewed or with what was plainly visible on the car. When those issues were raised, there was zero interest in discussion. Just rigid talking points and a take-it-or-leave-it attitude, as if repeating “no bull pricing” magically makes an unrealistic price fair. Transparency isn’t a virtue if the information being presented doesn’t match the car sitting on the lot. They didn’t lose the sale because I tried to negotiate—they lost it because they refused to acknowledge obvious problems. Buyer beware.
