I had such a great experience with Yama Auto Brokers. I was approved for the Driving Clean Assistance Program and was searching for a very specific car. Since there aren’t many used car dealerships on the program’s eligible list that had the car I wanted, I had to go through a lot of dealerships over the past two months. Yama was the person who helped me throughout the entire process, and he was absolutely amazing to work with. He was the only dealership representative willing to enroll in the program and truly work with me to help me get the car I wanted. Unfortunately, because the program took too long to get the dealership approved, I wasn’t able to purchase the car in time. Even so, Yama was still willing to complete the enrollment process and continue helping me find the right car. He is genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve worked with at any dealership. Communication was always clear and consistent, and he was incredibly dedicated and patient throughout the entire process.

The worst experience that I've ever had trying to buy a car. I've been trying to buy this car for over a week and every single time they've given me reasons why they cant. My husband and I drove down there and it was a ghost town which already had us worried so then when we contacted them they were getting renovated and care were by appointment only. So we scheduled an appt fo sunday but reaches out to see if they had an earlier appointment the day before. They said they were going to schedule us in. Then i spoke with a lady on the phone stating that the car was off the lot getting washed and wouldnt be back until Tuesday. The guy i was texting said that they were short staffed, and he would personally see me the day it comes back. Now Tuesday is here, a few hours before my appointment, (the one they rescheduled me too said that this staff member would personally see me because how many times its been changed and cancelled because of them) he texts me that the vehicle was sold. 0/10

Vehicle was described in the online post as having everything in working order "great condition, low miles, well taken care of, one user." That being said, I take responsibility for overlooking a few small things that later were found to be not working. Going into this purchase I new two things would need addressing right away, all 5 tires were cracked and in horrible shape, and the struts needed replacing. We negotiated the price down a little for that, in hindsight we should have come down more. But the car was still a good deal, and after fixing those two issues it was about at market value. I looked at the car a day or two after the big rainstorm we had, so the car was filthy dirty, which I understand, maybe they didn't have time to clean it, but it being dirty covered up a lot of paint imperfections. Further inspection and the AC, AFS, rear hatch button didn't work, rattle in headliner, filthy filters. Dealer was not honest and truthful about condition of vehicle.
