Amazing customer service, they are really helpful , honest and professional i do recommend them . As it was amazing experience.

Called on Monday morning to ask about a car that they had in stock. They said they had it in stock and I told them I would be able to pick it up on Thursday. Thursday morning They called me to see if I was still gonna be there at 4 PM to pick up the car and I said yes confirmed everything over the phone and then they told me when I got there after driving two hours that the car was not in stock and they have no idea when they sold it. Acted like they were trying to find it, offered hella overpriced options and stuff i did not want.

The Dealership was Terrific continually communicating with me and making me comfortable. We had a scheduled appointment however I purchased a different Vehicle prior to my visit.

The staff person I dealt with, Ray, was responsive, straight forward, and pleasant. The car I purchased was represented as having no dash warning lights. When received it had a check engine light on for a bad O2 sensor. No response to an email request for the cost of just the part.

I would love to see this Ford, but I'm on Long Island, and I can't make the trip yet. But, they seem to have what I'm looking for,minus the high mileage.
