Of all the dealers I’ve been to the staff at Honda of Tenafly were the most pleasant, patient, attentive, informative and down to earth people I’ve ever encountered at any dealership. AnnaMarie especially was absolutely STELLAR and AWESOME as my sales person!! She went beyond the call of duty. Many thanks also to Gabriel and Jeremiah for working with me along the way. The car was advertised on CarGurus as including shipping to my town. The dealer said that information was wrong and said they didn’t know how it was advertised as such. They not only expected me to arrange shipping, but to pay the estimated cost of $800, which I had to get a quote for. Cars from their dealership are still advertised on CarGurus as including shipping to my town. Very deceptive.

They did respond saying car was no longer available.But,I continued to see it offered after this response.

Reached out through CarGurus interested in this vehicle. One person immediately scheduled an appointment for me to see it. Another person then contacted me and told me it was in the shop and I might not be able to see it during that scheduled time and had no ETA of when it would be done in the shop. So I was left waiting and given no other option after asking for a status update multiple time. Only to then be updated that someone else had reached out and decided to move forward with the car and that it wouldn’t be available to me unless that person fell through. I was very interested in purchasing the car but they didn’t make me aware that I could apply for financing and that would mean the car would be mine if I wanted it. Then I asked if they put a deposit down on it and they said no they don’t take deposits. I wasn’t even made aware that there was any way to move forward and then just got told the car was basically gone. Not happy with the costumer service they provided. Beware!
